OUR STORY

In 2023, a car accident derailed our health and habits. Injuries, pain, and confusion left us stuck in cycles of bad nutrition, inconsistent training, and endless trial-and-error. Hannah, a former collegiate runner, suddenly had no coach or team for the first time, while Reagan faced chronic pain head-on. We tried every plan, every method, and every quick fix—but nothing lasted.That struggle became our turning point. We realized no one should have to feel lost or guess their way through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle change. So we dedicated ourselves to mastering all three, not just for our own recovery, but to guide others with clarity and purpose.Iron Revelation was born from that journey. Our philosophy is simple: Break. Build. Become.™ Break old patterns. Build strength and sustainable habits. Become the version of yourself you were always meant to be—with a team who walks beside you every step of the way.
